Any idea what’s causing/caused this? The leaf is soft.. I just repotted and it took quite some time to get the old medium off…

    Sorry i wish i could help. I'm here to say mine died 2 weeks after i got her. So sad. Good luck to you.

    It looks like it has been overwatered let it completely dry out before you water again and make sure it has a semi chunky potting mix

    Did you check for root rot??

      I did; besides the leftover soil, the roots looked okay and there was no smell..

    I think it looks overwatered too. Don’t trust Planta’s watering schedule too much. I have found it is inaccurate. I use it more as a reminder to check my plants to ensure I am watering them all without leaving any behind:) Inhabe that same plant and Planta also tells me to water about once per week, however, I water it when it is fully dry, which for me, has been every 10-14 days. I have only had it since early summer, but I have not killed it yet. I use a moisture meter to check if my plants need water.

      Yeah, I picked her up from Home Depot in July and never repotted until the other day. The soil was terrible! I wound up using a mix of regular soil and orchid bark
