I have this blackberry bush that is doing very well. I noticed it sprouted 2-3 very long stalks one morning. By the afternoon, they looked like this. I watered it some that day (maybe 2 days ago) and fertilized it with liquid fertilizer today per the app. Any advice on what to do is very much appreciated. This is honestly my first time trying to garden so I have much to learn!

Honestly all I can think of from the pics and the info you provided is that most likely during the watering process the stalk got bend and being fresh stalks (fragile ) water pressure from wands can damage. Your plants looks very healthy overall.

I try to water the plant at the base! Then possibly mist the leaves! Maybe it was the wind that got to them seeing that they were thin. Thank you! I’m really trying to keep them alive😅

Trim it off or the mist that u do will turn it to powdery mildew. Keep the great work up.
