    I have one of these too but mine is much smaller. I couldn’t for the life me find what type of cactus it was but I think it’s a Bristle brush cactus. I’ve attached a pic of mine for comparison. (Btw it kind of has a bald head because it had a flower stuck to it at the store and when I took the flower off some bristles came too)

    That looks like a Cleistocactus strausii cactus. Also known as the silver torch cactus lol
