Hello! I just got yesterday this Kentia Palm from B&Q and it looks like this (a lil bit unhealthy I think). What can I do to improve it?

    Brown tips are usually a humidity issue. It's hard to tell in this picture.

    It could also be a response to something in the water. Try using filtered or distilled water if you are not already doing that. You won't be able to change what's already there but you can stop it from getting worse if this is the cause. You can just snip off the leaf ends to get rid of the brown tips.
