Hi everyone! I’m new to this and plants but my monstera is looking a little brown :( I give him sunlight and water him twice a week. I’m thinking I have to repot him because he is growing but any tips would be great! Thanks stay kind 💚🌿

Depending on how much light he's getting, 2x a week of watering may be much which is why he's turning brown. You may want to check roots for rot (they'd be dark in colour and stinky if rot has really set in).
4 Mi piaceAgreed. My monstera is pretty big and has 8+ plants in one pot and I water it every week and a half to two weeks
3 Mi piacesame i water my monstera like biweekly and only shen its dry
1 mi piaceI agree. Check the roots quick to try to stop any rot from spreading. Always check the soil before watering. Most plants can dry in between waterings. Only water according to need.
0 Mi piaceLooking at the light in your bathroom and the fact that it’s been winter, you’re watering your plant way too much. A montserra that size doesn’t need a weekly watering, especially in the winter. Mine gets about once a month in the water. I would check the roots and give it new soil.
1 mi piaceChange out all the soil to one with lots of perlite for drainage. Cut off the damage. Water the new potting soil once. Don’t water again until the soil dries out and the leaves look slightly limp. 🪴🍀
