Can anyone PLEASE give me tips to help with my string of tears plant? When I originally got her (the picture on the left) she was nice and full! When I got it home my cat knocked it over and unfortunately a lot of the strings broke. Not sure what to do for her now.. she looks so sad 😭 Thank you!

not sure when this happened but you can always propagate the strings that broke — anywhere you see a node is potential for roots. otherwise, you just wait it out! with the right light and a little fertilizer it will grow quickly 😊

Thank you for writing in! I did in fact propagate a few of the strings & they’re doing really well! Thankyou!! 😊

Instead of having them trailing off the sides gather them all on top of the soil. That will create a fuller top and eventually they will get long enough to start trailing off the sides again. In my experience, they grow pretty quick so it shouldn’t take too long

Keep watering her and feeding her, take a picture each week/day so you keep a view on her progress

string of things often require conditions more similar to that of a succulant - most of them are succulants, as their leaves store water. it looks like the soil is very very wet, so i would repot asap and give it a chunky, well draining succulant soil. water only when the pearls or tears are slightly wrinkly and squishy to the touch. you can also propagate to help increase chances of keeping the plant, just lay any broken strands across soil, and it should grow new roots on its own! hope this helps, good luck!
