Help! My husband picked out this Begonia for me to rescue and I honestly don’t know what to do with it. I got rid of all the old dirt and repotted since there were lil critters in it before. Since then, I’ll touch a leaf and it immediately falls off for many of the stems. I just don’t know this plant very well and just need to know if the red tinged leaves are normal, if I should just propagate it, I don’t know. Kinda lost about it. I don’t know if it’s sick or just angry at me for repotting.

I got an angel wing as a free bonus cutting. It was not happy, kept browning on me and dropping leaves. I recently repotted it in a chunky soil and it gets about 10hrs of light, a few are kinda direct/diffused. And it finally seems happy. It popped out several new leaves and no more browning.

maybe it needs more humidity? i have a calthea that i brought home that immediately got crispy leaves. didn’t realize the air in my house is so dry 🫠 so i started misting + watering more than i expected and she’s doing much better
