   Could be a variety of insects. They nibble occasionally not much harm. This amount of leaf damage is fairly common, if you to do want to spray or see an infestation I’d use an organic insecticide.

   I’ve seen some slugs eating my pepper plants, the marks look similar too. Maybe look online for a solution and see if that helps?
