How much light and water does it get? And what kind of plant is this?

Your plant is in overall good shape seriously. How often do you fertilize?

I would cut off the bad leaves and see if it continues. They do die off leaves quite often. It could be inconsistent watering, letting it get too dry before watering. I don’t think they like to be bone dry. They will start killing off leaves then with stress. I don’t let mine get bone dry. I water about every 7–10 days.

Kinda looks like the older leaves that are yellowing? If so, I would suspect that the plant isn’t getting a thorough and deep enough watering for all of the leaves that it has. You can try to set a saucer underneath, give it a gentle kelp based fertilizer, and see if that helps.

I think the other commenters are most likely right and I agree that your plant looks great and this might not be a real problem, BUT it also kinda reminds me of spots I saw on my manjula pothos when I first got it. I applied dilute peroxide (2:1 water to peroxide) to the leaf a few times with a cotton ball and it stopped in its tracks, just a little brown circle on two leaves. I think mine was a fungus. So if you follow the other advice here and it keeps happening or you see it starting as spots, maybe see if there's any evidence that it's a fungus or other pathogen.

These comments are on point, as I have one and I believe mines is due to transplant shock since I just bought it recently and I’m already experiencing some changes but over all it’s a healthy plant and I believe it’s jus with some older leaves that are dying out on me this the first day pic, But I’ve had some leave drop here in there keep pest spray on it and continue doing what your doing making sure is getting plenty of light and do allow it to dry out between watering and try not to fertilize to often this can damage leaves as well. Too much can kill remember fertilizer is like a boost of nitrogen and if your leaves are pretty steady in color try not to over fertilize..
