Why are the leaves of my asparagus fern turning yellow? I was wondering if it was signs of overwatering, but the leaves look pretty dry so I’m starting to think if it’s getting too much sunlight. I place it on my window sill and the window is a north facing window but I get pretty good sunlight since there is no other building in front my apartment. Is this a sign of overwatering or is it getting too much sunlight? The soil is pretty wet

    The problem is it’s a fern, you look at her and she throws a fit. I’m no expert but I would say your theory is correct, too much sunlight. If the stems are mushy and wilting, then I’d say it’s overwatered. If the soil is soggy then I would say it’s being overwatered. It’s honestly hard to say for sure but I think you’re on the right path!
