It could need both light and water. I don’t think it’s over watered since I don’t see the usual black spots on the leaves and stems. The large gaps between the leaf nodes indicates it’s looking for light. A pothos from a nursery usually has one inch gaps between the leaf nodes because they get a lot of light. No need to fast grow the vines to find light. I recommend checking the soil to the bottom of the pot and water if little or no moisture found. Let dry out between waterings. Add a grow light to get 12 hours of light on the plant per day.

1 LikeIt looks like it’s over watered. That’s really the only way you mess up pathos. And pathos actually don’t need growlights. They grow with normal light also. I take out the yellow pieces and check the roots it might need a smaller pot now that some of the vines are damaged.
