Help! New monstera mom. Had her for about 2 months and was going fine. Noticed these spots on the leaves and slowly more coming in. I can’t figure if it’s a fungus or water issue

Tee JayAre you sure it’s not pest damage? A clearer and more well-lit photo of the leaves would be easier to tell

Iv been checking for pests and I’m not sure what to look for. I was thinking about getting neem oil and wiping down the leaves
