    No, it just happened every once in a while for me. It’s nothing to worry about.

    A brightly lit area won’t hurt. It likes indirect light. It doesn’t look pale like it’s lacking light. Inconsistent watering can cause the dark spots and brown tips. Soft pliable tips could be too much water. Dry crispy tips is too little water. Let the soil dry out completely before watering. The leaves will look limp a little limp when it needs it.
