Hi everyone! my plant is getting some of these spots on her new leafs, does anyone know what it is or why it could be happening?

overwatering, underwatering, too much sunlight, fungal infections, or nutrient deficiencies

Start with the easiest to fix and go from there

Looks like sunburnt ! Just keep it away from any windows for a while
