My Hoya has not grown??? In two years? I feel like this is an odd problem for a plant. I know these guys are long lived but we got this plant when it was flowering. It has never flowered again, nor has it grown even a smidgen. It isn't sickly, no yellow leaves or leaf drop. Roots are good. But we are frozen? Help?

I would give it more light, keep it warm and be sure to regularly fertilize it: A grow light placed within a foot of it can help. Run the light about 14 hours a day. Natural light from an east, south west window works great especially for repeated blooms. Grow lights can do the same if the light intensity is strong enough. Be sure to filter the light from the south and west windows to prevent burning the plant. 🪴🍀 I fertilize every two weeks with 50% diluted fertilizer when the temperature is warm. Consider refreshing the soil if it hasn’t been replaced in two years. Try to avoid damaging the roots. Avoid increasing the pot size. Hoyas can focus on growing roots to fill the pot while ignoring vine and leaf growth. 🪴🍀

I see I see, I had repotted it a year or so ago into a chunky tropical mix I made to try and help it out. I wonder if my grow light isn't strong enough. It's hard to tell. Do you have any recommendations for grow lights that are powerful enough?

I like Barrina grow lights for the price and quality. I also bought a $30 light meter a while ago and use that to make sure my plants are getting enough from the grow lights.

My favorite for individual plants is the Sansi 10 watt clip ons. I have quite a few of them.
