Does anyone know why I get these yellow leaves in my Xanadu philodendron? It isn’t overwatered and I am vigilant about checking for/treating pests. There always seems to be at least one yellowed leaf. Is this just normal for this plant?

It could be low light, overwatering or low fertilizer, to mention a few things. It doesn’t look like low light or low fertilization. It looks more like overwatering based on the number of yellowing or yellow tipped leaves. Plant growth slows this time of year. Watering needs decrease or it can lead to overwatering. Always verify the soil has dried down before watering. Don’t water on a schedule. Check for a root bound condition that could be a sign the plant needs repotting. Leaves yellow when the roots are slowing drainage by blocking drainage holes. Take off the pot and check the roots for rot. Old leaves die off. It’s normal to see one or two leaves yellow and die off. Your plant has more leaves yellowing at once than I would expect from aging. 🪴🍀
