My friends aloe set outside is it savable
Itās sooooo thirsty! I can tell because the leaves look thin & curled in on themselves! Give it a good soak
2 gillningarSome people might tell you it looks sun stressed but just remember sun stressed is NOT the same thing as burned/scorched - sun stress changes the colour a bit but isnāt necessarily a bad thing!
1 gillaReduce the pot size. It looks like itās growing in a tunnel. Iām not surprised itās drying out. I would recommend your friend completely change out the soil. The soil and pot should be just big enough to hold the roots. Give it a bit of fertilizer too. šŖ“š

1 gillaLooks savable to me. Aloes can handle a good deal of neglect. Like everyone said, drown it good and I bet it will start to perk up. I have mine in a tiny pot and Iāve gone 6 months or more between watering, and itās still kicking. Iāve had it for 20 years.

0 gillningarš Itās not very impressive. Like I said, I neglect it often. It got real leggy a few years back, so I took some layers off and re rooted it. It also doesnāt get good light at all cause thereās a tree right outside the window. But itās a 20 year old working aloe. I use it whenever someone gets a burn. Nothing better than fresh aloe!
1 gillaThatās amazing itās so old
