hi! this is my first post on here and i'm actually looking for some advice😬 i have a tiger tooth aloe vera plant and i was being a bit rough when i watered it last time and i accidentally ripped the roots from the soil! i don't know what to do, i know this sounds a bit weird but the plant was a gift from a family member and i promised to keep it alive for as long as i could - it's been two and a bit years now - but i don't want to have to throw it away because i feel so so bad😭 please can someone help me, i don't know what to do!

      i think it's grew since i watered it on thursday, one root has already fixed itself back into the soil! however some parts of the plant are dying (i have cut pieces off to use but new leaves which i haven't touched are going brown)

    You can definitely save it but you need to put it in a much more airy, dry, sandy mix and let it dry all the way out between waterings

      I would recommend using a “cactus/succulent” mix to start and add some perlite and pumice to it if you could.
