Planty28Agree looks like damage, could possibly have been when leaf was just coming out and got stuck a bit. Philo’s seem to struggle sometimes putting out new leaves.

I know :( I definitely know how you feel! If new leaves are starting to come try and up the humidity around the plant. Some people say to mist it and others don’t. I’ve never found it worked for me. I usually just adjust them closer to my humidifier and within a few days they seem to pop out!
