Aloe plant has been developing these black spots over past couple weeks. Was previously healthy. Not sure what they’re from. I did add a grow light as there’s been less sun in winter and I have tons of succulents. Could it be too much light? Also had the house cold due to being out of town for a month.
I think mine did this when I had it out side. I’d try that first and see if the spots stop.

Aloe doesn’t need a lot of light. This one looks like it got a fungal infection. I would look into a systemic fungicide, maybe infuse by bonide.

Is it too close to the grow light? Mine had a spot like this too and it’s because it was burned. Just food for thought.
