   it looks like it could be variegated! are they hard like the green leaves or squishy?

   Mine tend to do that when they are getting to much light/direct sunlight could be stress

   I’ve noticed if I give it a more filtered light the green comes back

     i don’t believe lipstick plants are hoya. i don’t have any lipsticks but i have a few hoya & i have overwatered before & gotten yellow leaves that eventually get squishy & need to be picked out 😅
