Hi everyone:( I have had terrible luck with any type of peperomias I don’t know what I am doing wrong. Anyone have any tips on how to care for them or how to help these current ones?

My Pilea gives me a lot of heck when I postpone watering for too long, it’ll start curling leaves. The annoying thing is that they curl leaves for overwatering, underwatering, and too much light.

I just got them too so I don’t know lol😭when I got them they were SATURATED, so I moved to chunky soil after they acclimated in my home for a few days. And it was good for a few days and then suddenly this.

It could very well be shock. I know they don’t like tap water too much. They do bounce back so try not to overthink it!

Same here, horrible luck with them. But I got a Pep Obtusifolia about 2 months ago and it's growing like crazy. I think having a clear pot and placing it right on the ledge of my east-facing window is helping, 🤷🏾‍♀️ or maybe my luck is turning. I have a pep tetragona too that's struggling but seems to be getting better.

Yep, both were repotted into a better draining soil with coco coir base that I got from repotme. I've also been taking better care with watering, using a regular planner to note when I water in addition to this app. I had a watermelon peperomia before I started doing all this. It died quickly and I now realize it was due to the soil (wasn't well draining) and over watering.

You are right they do need a well draining soil. Mine are in succulent soil with some regular potting soil mixed in. They need to dry out between waterings, because they are a semi succulent. I have several and they are in very bright light and morning sun.
