What this white stuff on my plant. I just noticed it today and I don’t see it on any other plants. Also the leaves. The brown and holes. It’s a scotch bonnet plant.

    Those look like aphids to me, definitely spray it down with a harsh water spray from a hose to knock them off. Then spray with a pesticide.

      Thanks again. Will neem oil or dawn work?

      For aphids, yes you can try neem oil and/or dawn soap. I had a huge battle with aphids on my peppers a couple summers ago and they drank neem oil for their morning cup of Joe lol. But it might work for yours
