I got this Alocasia Polly about 3wks ago, but the two leaves edge started turning yellow, repotted just yesterday and now the yellow is spreading. The soil is damp but not soggy, I do move it daily to receive sunlight. Would that be the issue? Also, there was not root rot and it’s developing a new leaf.

So young alocasias usually drop their bottom leaves quite frequently and it's usually not much you need to worry about as long as you have constant new growth and a couple good leaves. Mature ones can hold more, but for the first 6 months to a year, you'll be stuck in the 4-7 leaf zone.

OK!! That’s relieving! One other Q: Should I leave them or cut them?

I'd leave them. The reason they are coming off is that the plant needs their nutrients to grow, kind of like how we burn fat.
