   I don’t have a lot of experience with Ivy but when this happens to my Pothos it’s because it’s getting too much sun and I’ve noticed my Ivy outside prefers less sunlight as well, so I would try moving it either to a window that doesn’t get direct sunlight or across the room away from the window in a brightly lit room.

     It’s already in a room that doesn’t get direct sunlight, so I don’t think the spots are sunspots. I’m wondering if it could be an underwatering issue
