I mix isopropyl alcohol with water and spray it in every nook and cranny. I’d also remove the top layer of soil, treat with systemic granulates, and add back new soil. Check your babies weekly and treat till you don’t see mealies anymore!

1 LikeIn 2023, I had a mealy outbreak that killed a few plants, and the love of my life, my Hoya Mathilde, was dragged into it. I did hydrogen peroxide waterings (1 part hydro to 5 parts water) and sprayed with neem oil—granted the outbreak on my Mathilde wasn’t bad, so I was able to get it under control pretty quickly You can do that, and what iambijoux said in their comment! You can also do a hydrogen peroxide dip, repot into fresh soil, and wash the pot with hot soapy water even if you’re not going to reuse it
