Do I cut the brown tips ONLY or from the base & how do I prevent this?

Hmmm it might be sensitive to tap water, causing brown tips, I would cut the tips off first to make sure it’s not spreading down the leaf
1 mi piaceThank you I was thinking this as well.
1 mi piaceOf course! If you can’t find distilled water (which is hella expensive anyways) I’d suggest using a water conditioner, best of luck!
1 mi piaceI’ve been boiling my water and allowing it to cool. Is distilled better?
0 Mi piaceLike Dondoo said it doesn’t really remove the chlorine and fluoride in your water, I’d recommend doing a water conditioner additive to your tap water that you use to water so it’s not as expensive as distilled
0 Mi piaceBoiling removes bacteria but not other contaminants. It could actually increase content levels of some metals. Distilled is better for sensitive plants and a conditioner neutralizes them so it can just as effective.
2 Mi piaceChlorinated tapwater shouldn’t burn that bad and that inconsistently. How often do you water it? Looks like it’s drying out a bit. I hesitate to say that because underwatering is so hard to do!
0 Mi piaceEvery 7-8 days. I notice the spoil is extremely dry. I use a moisture meter.
