As you can see, the base of my Love Heart plant is a really weird colour and has been for a little while now. It gets partial sun but never direct sunlight. Any ideas?

SunnyLooks like scarring. It’s common on hoyas. It can happen after edema when cells burst from too much water and the plant heals leaving scar tissue. Insect bites can also leave scarring.

That’s the final version of the scar. It doesn’t go back to green.
