Best guesses on type of pest? I’ve seen 1-2 teeny tiny white somethings crawling around. Starting to use Captain Jack’s every couple of days.

    Don’t know what kind of pest, but you might want to give that plant a bath and change its soil. Then continue using Capt. Jack’s every so often for prevention. I also water with some H2O2 in the water for prevention as well.

    Hi, you have thrips. This is their poop/egg laying patch. Get some insecticidal soap and systemic. Captain Jacks is spinosad which is a soil bacteria and is only good for maintenance. It is not a treatment. It requires the bugs to eat the bacterium and then they die but it’s hard to build up that big of a colony for treatment.

    THRIPS! the brown dots are their poop. wipe down with rubbing alcohol and continue treatment with captain jacks every day until they're gone.

    Ugh!!!! I haven’t had thrips yet. Any and all advice is appreciated!
