Hi guys! I got gifted this Calla Lily last October and it died pretty quickly, but I couldn’t bear to get rid of it. It got left in my humid apartment for a couple of months and when I got back it has kind of gone insane. I’ve never owned a lily before and I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be drooping/growing like it is, or if I should keep it tied up as I have it now. Any advice?

I had one for couple years that I am currently deciding went to move out to the graveyard or not.... it was limpy after month I had it, then while I was moving this June, it fell and it got all squagly (don't know if that's a word but it sounds just like the plant looked!) My friend said to leave it, that it'll come back in spring. So we'll see! The last leaf dropped yesterday. I posted a question about fertilizing, and was told not to while it's dormant. It's getting chilly where I live but she's inside and there's some humidity in our living room... sorry I don't have any advice! I'm hoping someone can help you!

Calla lilies grow from bulbs! Where I live (cold winters) they’ll “die” at the end of the season and you dig up the bulbs, keep ‘em dry and dark in the garage over the winter, and plant them again in the spring! I’m not sure how they do as a houseplant 🤔
