I’ve had these little guys on my monstera and can’t seem to get rid of them. Any idea what they are? They only appear on the tops of the leaves and never seem to move. I can easily blow them off the leaves.

I think they might thrips. I’d take into the shower or outside and spray it down really good. Spray neem oil on it. Use blue sticky traps with it.

0 J'aimeDo you see webbing also for spider mites. Spray plant really good outside with water hose or spray foliage in sink with nozzle. Take 70% of rubbing alcohol with cotton ball wipe off each leaf front and back and then spray with neem oil really good. You should check your other plants if this one nearby. Isolate this plant until you’re sure the pest are gone for sure.,
0 J'aimeIf it’s thrips I like to use systemic since they lay eggs in the leaves
