My monstera is so flimsy and just sad looking. It’s been sad looking since the day I bought it and I brought it home, inspected and repotted a few weeks ago with fresh, better soil and she hasn’t made any progress. It has a lot of mechanical damaged leaves and the bottom leaves have slowly been yellowing. I’ve lost a few smaller leaves lately at the bottom. What should I do with it?

looks like drainage issue but not expert so just suggesting; I encountered similar problems before after repotting and realized the compost was too fine, I later added clay balls and perlite to compost to avoid such issues

agree it looks overwatered/lacking drainage — what kind of soil did you repot it in?

It’s a mix of perlite, orchid bark, soil

sounds like a good mix, what size pot was it in before? when i had the same problem, the soil was just not drying out fast enough!
