I have recently transferred my vegetable garden to a greenhouse and keep it heated between 65-85 during the day and 60-70 at night! A lot of my plants the stems are browning but the fruit and veggies are still producing. Such as on my jalepano plant, eggplant , and bell pepper. I will insert a photo! But all of the plants are still producing. Is this winter burn? Are the plants dying? This is my first winter trying to keep them alive if anyone has any tips or help!!

It's common from plants like peppers to start going woody as they age, that left pic. It doesn't effect their pepper production
