Hard to say, is it in any kind of a draft cold or warm?
0 Mi piaceIt’s in my office - not really in a draft - it’s a bit cold in here sometimes and the lights are on and bright all day
0 Mi piaceHmm, does the soil drain well. It likes to be moist but it also does not like to be overly soggy. Since you've got a saucer under it I'm going to assume there is a drain hole. The brown edges could signify some type of bacterial/fungal problem starting with root rot. The recommendation for this is to start a cutting from the good tips and throw the rest of the plant away but you don't have very much plant to take cuttings from. Tip it out and look at the roots see if they look healthy. If they do not pitch the plant and start over. Make sure to sanitize the pot first.
