I think I may have spider mites or something creating webs in my plant… what should I do? :(( I went through and wiped down all the leaves with damn paper towels and cleaned my plant. I don’t wanna get rid of her, she’s thriving more than ever rn, but I don’t want bugs

Spray Bottle, Dr. Bronners Peppermint Soap, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cold Pressed Neem Oil, 1 shot of Vodka (optional), Distilled Water. Good luck! :)

Just keep wiping with a damp towel/ette and quarantine from your other plants to prevent bug transfer. Don’t fret, your baby should be okay!

I have a gnat problem and have been misting the topsoil with a 1:3 ratio of hydrogen peroxide and water, respectively. It has gotten rid of a LOT of them! I’ve also been using the same ratio to water my plants, it’s just taking a while because I don’t want to drown my plants 😅 perhaps that may help with the mites too!

I use NEEM oil and it gets rid of spider mites, gnats, and all those other pesky bugs. If you have ANY OTHER PLANTS IN THAT ROOM, you should do the same treatment on the rest of them as they will be affected as well. I hope this helps :) Ps: you can get the bottle of Neem oil at Walmart for $7 or you can make it yourself using home spices

I took mine outside and sprayed with a hose. I’ve seen people do it in the shower also, but outside seemed less messy to me. Then I watered with a dr. Bronner mix. Good luck!
