The mushrooms are a good sign that you have healthy soil but if you’re worried about mold on the top you can scrape it off.

1 LikeThese won't hurt the plant. You can just scoop the mold and fungi out, spritz with a pit of diluted peroxide, and/or increase airflow. This could however be a sign of over watering, so you may want to keep an eye on that.

1 LikeI've heard that mushrooms in the soil is a sign if very good soil
2 LikesI have a plant food that actually causes a fluffy cloud like layer of fungus on the top of the soil and sometimes little mushrooms. I spray the mold with HP water per Wolfen’s suggestion when the mold starts to look bad. You have good soil!!!
