    It looks a bit dry. Peace lilies like to be moist. Also love foliar spray. Diffused light or partial light works best for mine

    Might be getting too much sunlight. I suggest moving it away from the window

    Looks like possibly root rot, the steams near the bottom of the brownish leaves , if you give it a light pull and it’s doesn’t move it’s not but if it is it will come right out and you will see bottom of stem rotten away , hoping I’m wrong and it’s just scorched from sunlight, but you will need to cut them leaves of so it can use its energy to push out new leaves, you can try it in your bathroom/shower room to help give it a better humidity but will still need good light, don’t put in front of strong sunny window if just misted or wet

    Roots look very healthy, I had with mine a light pull and the rotting ones just came out and the healthy ones were firm in soil, looking at them was there much room left in pot, yours as others said sun burn, so I was wrong with yours, my leafs did look a bit like yours, that’s why I thought mite have been
