Does anyone know what these are? They are all over my fence and trailing down to my fatsia japonica. Google lens says it’s a deer tick but I know that’s not it. TIA

      They remind me of box elder bug babies. We had an infestation when I was a kid.

    Maybe Peritrechus convivus? (Aka dirt colored seed bug) Did some googling and there young look similar.

    Bordered plant bug nymphs. They have a harder smooth shell when compared to dirt colored seed bugs (who show more textured body segments)
