Help, the app told me my little petunia is not doing so well, anyone know of a good organic remedy to help with the mealy bugs infestation? I’m also scared to prune it but I think it needs it

    Lots of home remedies… some folks also have found perfect plantista spray to be helpful. Be careful though because it is really irritating to some people’s skin!

    I combined water, dawn dish soap, isopropyl alcohol, and some vinegar in spray bottle and doused my plants in it each night for a week. All my mealybugs died! Go easy on the soap or you’ll damage the leaves and don’t spray while your plant is in the light or you might burn the leaves. Hope it helps you

    I would spray the leaves very well with water and then submerge the entire pot and leaves and soak for some time. I also follow a women who runs a plant shop and she sprays all her plants with straight alcohol from the bottle. Every day until the pests are gone. I have tried this and it seems to work great, just don’t place the plant in sun or under a grow light until the alcohol dries.
