Philodendron Billie has these weird dark spots underneath, they don’t feel any different from the leaf but are new. Anyone know if this is normal or a sign of an issue?

Did this happen after watering the plant?
1 j'aimeYes watered yesterday! And used a very small amount of neptunes fertilizer
0 J'aimeI’m not sure if this is the same issue but happened to my alocasia after watering it after it had dried out too much
2 J'aimeI’m not great at telling when the plant needs water- it had been 1.5 weeks and I used a chopstick to attempt To check. it didn’t have actual dirt on it but the top of the chopstick was kind of stained brown when I pulled it out. I thought that was okay but maybe I watered too soon!
0 J'aimeTo me it looks like edema due to irregular watering
1 j'aimeLooks like edema where the roots send too much water to the plant causing leaf cells to burst. It looks like oil stains on the back of the leaves especially on alocasias, syngoniums and philodendrons. The burst cell areas can dry out or leave pock marks on thicker leaves. Water consistently. Don’t let it get too dry. The cells loses its elasticity if it dries too much. Water after more than half of the soil is dry. I wouldn’t wait until the soil is completely dried out like a cactus. Your other photos show the plant has dried out two much. Use a hygrometer to measure the humidity around the plant. 🪴🍀
1 j'aimeIt looks like that could be edema as well but hard to say I can’t really see the whole leaf
1 j'aimeJust wanted to update he totally made a recovery the edema is gone, I will be watering more frequently, at 80% instead of bone dry from here on and will report back :)
