From what I’ve experienced, they are often characterized by very thing white webs that form around the leaves of your plants. It’s an annoying process to get rid of but you can spray them down with a hose or soak them in water to dislodge the mites and prevent egg laying!

1 me gustaOf course! They are usually attracted to dry soil so make sure to water your plants regularly and there’s a good chance they’ll stay away from them!

You’ll see, webs more than the begs themselves in my experience. Definitely look for any kind of webbing on the plant

0 Me gustaSpider mites webs are fine. They eventually cover the back and front of leaves like sheer stockings. They chew on both sides of leaves giving them a fine speckled appearance like it’s covered with dust.
