My house plant has lots of little pests in the soil, does anyone know what these are? Have tried to circle one of them in the pictures below. Thanks!

Show a picture of one or two plants and the soil. I ask because this looks like garden soil. The picture may be zoomed in too much for me to properly judge it. I’m wondering if the soil is causing the issue providing a breeding ground where insects can thrive. Overwatering can add to it. I can’t tell if overwatering is an issue without a picture of some of the infected plants. I can’t tell what insect it is. It’s best just to eradicate them with a soil change rather than several weeks of trying different insecticidal treatments. I would recommend you use an insecticidal soap once a week for a couple of weeks after changing the soil.
