What kind of bug is this and could it have come from my plant or did it end up there by mistake😭? I was spraying neem oil to help with fungus gnats and I look and see this bug in the sticky trap😭😭 Any help is much appreciated— thanks!

SunnyI had several of them in my Curly Bonnie spider plant! It was creepy to watch the clan climb out when I watered. I flushed them out to bring the plant inside for winter.

SueBThey’re bad here this year. They do eat plants so I would not call them innocuous. They eat everything right down to the ground.
