   My guess is humidity for the prayer plant. Increase if you can. Not sure about your mostera but yeah def not happy. Good luck!

     I’ve killed a couple of silver dragons from root rot and this is how they looked at the start so I’d check the soil and roots to make sure it’s not waterlogged. The good news is that even after I thought the last one was dead, I kept the korm and left it alone for a few months and it grew new roots and is growing its first leaf again after about 6-8 months

   Over or under watering and maybe the pot is too big for the monstera?
