Have some leaves turning yellow and some damage spots. Any idea what could be going wrong? I’m wondering if it could be a cold issue? lack of sunlight in the winter? Mites?

Yellowing leaves isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Often it just means that leaf is not worth it to sustain, so the plant yeets it. From here that is kind of what the yellow leaf looks like. Look on the bottom of the leaves though, and if you see bugs or tiny black specks, or any silvery kind of “trails” or patches on the underside of any leaves, that would be evidence of pests. Otherwise, cold can definitely put stress on a plant, and unless you’ve got a bunch of leaves yellowing, it doesn’t seem to be too detrimental.
