Little white bugs crawling around after I watered my orchids. I heard there is a bug thatās good and does no harm to plants and then thereās the common pests. Is this a good one?

Iām thinking itās springtail which is what Iāve heard is good but want to make sure. They were crawling pretty fast Iād say but not jumping like how Google says theyād do.

Size is consistent with a springtail but the image is too blurry to tell. I don't know of any pests that'd be that size and in the roots like that, so you're probably fine
