Do y’all know what’s wrong with this guy? I’ve been watering it every week (I didn’t think it needed more but I might be wrong) then moved it nearer to a window when it started to not look so good but it’s only gotten worse…

Perhaps you are over watering. What plant is this? I have a plant that looks similar and I don’t water it very often.
1 mi piaceWatering must have been inconsistent because it looks severely dehydrated. Being in low light made it worse because the photosynthesis process will almost stop. I recommend cutting all the dead bits. Remove dead roots. Rinse in hydrogen peroxide to sterilize. Refresh with soil to get rid of too dry soil or any rot in the old soil. Reduce the pot size if needed. Add fertilizer, root stimulator and SuperThrive plant vitamins with the water. Then, give it 8 hours or more of sunlight or add a single plant grow light within a foot of the plant running at least 12 hours a day. It could take a few weeks to see new growth. 🪴🍀

0 Mi piaceMy question always is, does that pot drain. And, if you have the plant in a separate pot sitting in the cover pot, do you drain the cover pot after you water? I would cut all the growth back to the edge of the pot and check the roots to see if there is any rot.
0 Mi piaceYeah, the pot doesn’t have drainage, I will change it today….
1 mi piaceThat is most likely your problem there's water collecting at the bottom of the pot.
