Does any know what this yellow substance is? I found it in my lemon lime plant and my succulent. I’ve never seen this before.

    I think it might be fungus more similar to a mushroom. The soil doesnt look super wet so i dont think it’s mould Hard to know if it will hurt your plant or not. A mushroom shouldnt

      Thank you. I was researching online and it looks like it could be something called dog vomit slime mold. It isn’t usually harmful to plants, the soil just needs to dry out by putting it in the line of direct sunlight or in front of a window that gets alot of sunlight. I’m going to try this and see what happens.

      Yes! Looks like a slime mold. I’ve had luck scraping back the top layer and then sun-drying. Dog vomit…such an accurate but gross name 😣
