Hi, I keep finding my vegetable plants bitten like this. Some other victims are beans, pumpkin, eggplant, and pepper plant. Would this be deer damage or something else?

SunnyIt could be deer. Looks like a clean cut. Did they leave other signs of deer causing the damage? They can be very destructive.

Not really just a lot of clean cuts except on the tomatoes, onions, and basil that are in the same bed. While cleaning up I found this hole in the bed. So maybe a vole?
