i just bought this sarracenia pitcher trap, it's not in great shape. I've never owned one before but I have a venus fly trap. Is the care similar? Any tips in general from anyone who's owned one before would be appreciated!!

    Also has anyone had success with these actually catching houseflies inside your house?

      i've never witnessed it catch anything & i can't look in the pitchers yet, mine is just a tad smaller than yours, but i have noticed a decrease in gnats

    I can’t say for sure because I’ve never actually owned one, but a few of my friend’s have and they told me a few tips that may be helpful ! I know that they will kill off any leaves they don’t want and ofc they need distilled water and are easily overwatered.
